I would like to use this space first and foremost to honor and thank everyone who has crossed my Path and touched my Soul. I have been blessed in more ways than I can count and I am eternally grateful. I may 'be here now' but I have many fond memories of all the beautiful Spirits I have learned from, learned with and taught.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to a few special teachers...to my Mother for pouring Love into me since before I was conceived, to Sylvie Gouin for teaching me to breath, to Natalie Matos for showing me the Path to an open heart and a healed soul, to Michael Franti for blowing my Mind, to Swami Govindananda for being a true Yogi and a master teacher, and to my Angel for being the perfect mirror.
And as much as I am constantly working on Being Present, in this Moment, I do look forward to communing with as many bright, shiny Stars as I can - again or for the first time. So keep your feet grounded and your Hearts open, breathe deep and smile because I may be right around the corner.
